A portfolio of 15-20 e-commerce ad accounts across the US and Canada, one job: test fast, find winners, and scale spend without breaking efficiency.
My role: Facebook & Google Ads Specialist · 15-20 accounts · rapid testing & high-budget scaling
At Global eBrands I run Meta and Google Ads across a portfolio of US and Canadian e-commerce stores, each with its own audience, margins, and seasonality. The work isn't launching one campaign well, it's creative testing, budget scaling, and performance reporting across a whole roster of accounts at once.
A constant test cadence across hooks, angles, and formats to find the winners fast, then cut the dead weight before it drains budget.
Winners scaled deliberately, watching CPA and ROAS at every step, so spend climbs without efficiency falling off a cliff.
Broad, lookalike, and retargeting layers organized into clean account structures that stay readable as budgets grow.
The biggest spend window of the year. I scaled the portfolio to $100K-$250K in monthly ad spend through Q4, managing creative fatigue, rising auction costs, and inventory pressure, while ROAS held above 2x even at peak spend.
The clearest proof of scaling ability isn't one big number, it's holding efficiency across a whole portfolio at once: 15-20 accounts running in parallel, each with its own budget, audience, and margins.
The skill that matters now isn't building campaigns, it's deciding what to scale, when, and how far.
How I built and led the full growth function at Rudralife, including 27.3K leads on Google Ads.
